Using a To Do List on Bohol.Asia

March 22nd, 2009 by anyajulia

Tired of using Post-It notes to remind yourself of tasks to do? There is an alternative, if you have an account on Bohol.Asia, a communications and collaboration portal for Boholanos. Assuming you have an account on Bohol.Asia (you may request one by sending your first and last name to accounts@bohol.asia), open up the Email application, then click Settings on the top right corner and then click Labs. Labs is a set of experimental features on Bohol.Asia and is powered by Google Apps. Enable Task application (the 2nd option from the top of the list) and then click Save Changes.

You will notice that there is a new link below your Email folder list called ‘Task’. Click on it and a neat little box comes up where you can write your to do list and then, after finishing the task, you can check the box on the left of the items. This gives you a satisfying feeling that you’ve done something useful. Enjoy!
