Gov. Aurora Enerio–Cerillles, Provincial Governor of Zamboanga del Sur is one of the Outstanding Loaynon awardee last year 2008. Her family roots from Loay. Her father Canuto Enerio migrated from Loay to Oroquieta City and was then assigned Provincial Engineer in Pagadian Zamboanga del Sur. He then rose to become the Congressman in the early 50’s representing the whole of Zamboanga Peninsula including Jolo / Basilan / Tawi-tawi and served as PCSO Chairman in the early 60’s.
