This week’s issue of the Technology Updates of Auza.Net is allocated for the Chocolate Hills campaign in the New Seven Wonders of Nature voting for the finalist position. As of December 5, 2008, the Chocolate Hills is at #5, and is 3rd among the Philippine nominees. Only one nominee from each country will qualify as finalist. We urge all Boholanos to support the Chocolate Hills by voting on the N7W website at http://www.new7wonders.com.

We have proposed that December 8 to 31, 2008 will be the voting period when all Boholanos should make sure they have voted:

Here are some suggestions during this proposed voting period:
- Academic institutions all over Bohol should require their students to vote as part of an assignment or project.
- Internet Cafes should provide a promo for their clients who vote. For example, free additional 15 minutes for clients who vote.
- Offices, government agencies and NGOs should require their employees to vote and give them time to do so (maybe allow one hour to look for an Internet cafe and vote).
- Government agencies assigned to promote the Chocolate Hills should setup voting centers at the malls for the schools and other organizations that do not have Internet access.
- Families, school batch organizations and barkadas should schedule a voting period of their own as they do their reunions.

TIP: To make sure the Chocolate Hills vote is going to be effective, vote only the Chocolate Hills among the Philippine nominees. Each person has seven votes.
