Presently, the website contains information about the Provincial Government of Bohol and Provincial Tourism Council’s soon to be launched joint initiative, the Quality Standard for Sustainable Tourism of Bohol (QSST). QSST is an accreditation system that lays down basic requisites that form part of a set of rules, conditions or requirements governing the standardization of all tourism establishments, tourism-related services and/or tourism sites and activities in the province. It also includes information on the Steps in Accreditation; its Benefits, Incentives and Awards; Documentary Requirement; Application Forms; Promotional Video; and lastly the Seal of Distinction that will confirm if the tourism establishments/services/ sites is a quality tourism service provider.

Alongside this premise, the enactment of Republic Act 9446, declaring Bohol as an Eco-Cultural Tourism Zone and its identification in the National Ecotourism Strategy as one of the ecotourism banner sites in the country reinforced the province’s effort in working towards sustainably developing the province.

With this endeavor, it hopes to maintain Bohol as the number 1 tourist destination in the Philippines and hopefully it will be at par with the best of the world.
