I found an alternative to Paypal called Moneybookers which allows merchant payments accounts in countries where Paypal won’t allow such transactions. I’ve used it to pay for certain Internet-based services like Skype and so far, I’m happy with it. I will try to apply for a merchant account so I can open up my online store that can accept credit card payments. If you are interested, sign up to Moneybookers now.
